The installation requirements for pneumatic butterfly valves are as follows:

1. Check that there are no missing parts of the pneumatic butterfly valve before installation, the model is correct, check the valve body for no debris, and the solenoid valve and the yin device are not blocked.

2. Put both the valve and the cylinder in the closed state.

3. Install the cylinder on the valve. (The installation direction can be parallel or perpendicular to the valve body.) If the screw hole is aligned, there will be no deviation. If there is a slight deviation, the cylinder block can be rotated a little. , then tighten the screws.

4. After the installation is completed, the pneumatic butterfly valve is debugged (normally, the air supply pressure is 0.4~0.6MPa), and the solenoid valve must be manually opened and closed during commissioning operation (manual operation can be effective after the solenoid valve coil is de-energized) Observe the opening and closing of the pneumatic butterfly valve. If during the commissioning operation, it is found that the valve is a little difficult at the beginning of the opening and closing process, then it is normal, then the cylinder stroke should be adjusted down (the stroke adjustment screw at both ends of the cylinder should be adjusted at the same time, and the valve should be moved to the open position during adjustment. Then turn off the air supply and adjust it until the valve opens and closes smoothly and closes without leakage. It should also be noted that the adjustable megaphone can adjust the opening and closing speed of the valve, but it can not be adjusted too small, otherwise it may cause the valve to not operate.

7. The butterfly valve body has a moderate manual opening and closing resistance, and the butterfly valve torque is matched with the selected actuator torque.

8. The flange of the butterfly valve connection is correct, and the pipe-to-clamp flange conforms to the butterfly valve flange standard. It is recommended to use a flange for the butterfly valve and no flat flange.

9. Confirm that the flange welding is correct. After the butterfly valve is installed, the flange should not be welded again to avoid scalding the rubber parts.

10. The installed pipe flange should be centered and centered with the inserted butterfly valve.

11. Install all the flange bolts and tighten them by hand to confirm that the butterfly valve and the flange are already aligned. Then carefully open and close the butterfly valve to ensure flexible opening and closing.

12. Open the valve completely, tighten the bolts in the diagonal order with a wrench. No need for washers. Do not tighten the bolts too much to prevent serious deformation of the valve ring and excessive opening and closing torque.
