Small milking machine common faults
(1) Vacuum does not meet requirements. This may be due to leaks in the vacuum tank seals. The inspection method is to use colored water on the seals to see if any color penetrates into the tank. If yes, it indicates that the seal needs to be replaced; if not, the regulator may be loose. Open the top cover of the regulator and turn the regulator's copper sleeve while observing the reading of the vacuum gauge until the pointer is within the normal range. Until then, tighten the lock nut. (2) There is no degree of vacuum in the milk tank and there is a degree of vacuum in the tube, but it cannot be milked. The reason for this phenomenon is generally that the lid is not clean, causing the single valve to adhere to the seat. At this time, the milk tank and various parts should be cleaned. (3) The pulsator does not work. There may be four reasons: First, the vacuum tube switch is not turned on; second, the pulsation frequency adjustment screw is screwed to the bottom; third, the pulsator cover is skewed; and fourth, the pulsation vent is blocked.
