The quality of the oil delivery valve cannot be ignored. Many drivers only pay attention to the quality of the plunger and nozzle needle valve, and do not pay attention to the quality of the outlet valve. The function of the oil discharge valve is to seal, that is, the plunger oil chamber is separated from the high pressure oil pipe to avoid backflow; the second is to quickly depressurize when the oil supply is stopped, to ensure that the fuel injection nozzle is broken. If the oil delivery valve is of poor quality or wear, it will cause many failures of the diesel engine.

The quality of the valve spring cannot be ignored. Some drivers only pay attention to checking the valve and valve seat when the valve leaks, and ignore the inspection of the valve spring quality. Insufficient spring force of the valve spring is also one of the causes of valve leakage failure.
