Diisooctyl phthalate is a phthalate compound

Studies have shown that phthalates play a similar estrogen-like role in humans and animals, which can interfere with endocrine, reduce the amount of semen and sperm in men, low sperm motility, abnormal sperm morphology, and severe testicular cancer. It is the "culprit" of the male reproductive problem.

In cosmetics, nail polish has the highest phthalate content, and many cosmetic aromatic ingredients also contain this substance. This substance in cosmetics enters the body through the female's respiratory system and skin. According to the retention time and ultraviolet spectrum, the peak area is quantified and the content is calculated by the standard curve method.
