Made from pollution-free fungi

A biological pesticide that uses fungi to kill pests has been successfully developed in Ningbo. After small-scale tests on vegetables and tea, the effect has been remarkable. It has now entered a large-scale field trial stage. After the formal application of this high-tech biological pesticide with international advanced level, it will play a decisive role in the development of pollution-free agricultural products. Pests such as grasshoppers, leafhoppers, mealybugs and leafhoppers are the main pests of cash crops such as vegetables, fruits, and tea. These pests produce strong resistance to almost all chemical insecticides, resulting in the proliferation of more and more drugs. The vicious cycle of overuse of drugs has led to continuous escalation of pesticide residues in agricultural products, and the safety of agricultural products has become increasingly prominent. Fungal insecticides are a new class of biopesticides that can infect and kill sucking pests such as locusts through body wall contact under natural conditions. In the past ten years, European and American countries have developed rapidly in the research and development of fungal pesticides, and more than 20 products have been registered. However, no fungal pesticides have been formally registered and put into operation in China. Professor Feng Mingguang of Zhejiang University collected and separated the first batch of white fungus killed in the world and had independent intellectual property rights. In August last year, Ningbo Haohong Chemical Co., Ltd. and the Institute of Microbiology of Zhejiang University, where Professor Feng Mingguang is located, signed a cooperation agreement. In less than a year, it has broken through two key technologies, formula and formulation technology. This biological pesticide has an effect on specific pests and is completely harmless to the human body. It is reported that Ningbo Haohong Chemical Co., Ltd. will start a two-year large-scale drug efficacy registration trial from August, and it is expected that mass production will begin in 2005. At that time, after large-scale popularization and application of fungal pesticides as biological pesticides, citizens can eat unpolluted vegetables and fruits without pesticides.

Trauma Cannulated Screw

Cannulated screw is a common internal fixation device in orthopedic surgery.

Working process

During the operation, the Kirschner wire with the hole matching the hollow screw is first drilled into the bone of the fracture site, and then the hollow screw is screwed into the fracture site through the guidance of the Kirschner wire. Finally, the Kirschner wire is pulled out to complete the fixation of the fracture site. In many cases of fracture of the neck and femur, the healing cycle is long, and it usually takes about 30 months to remove the cannulated screws. At this point, the bone and the surface of the cannulated nail are closely connected and firmly connected in the nail path, which leads to defects easily generated by conventional nail removal methods, causing secondary injury at the fracture healing site and causing pain to the patient. Percutaneous cannulated screw internal fixation for femoral neck fractures has the advantages of small trauma, good healing, low rate of femoral head necrosis, and good stability.
