Using the bevel ball method (initial viscosity measurement):
The initial tack of the sample was tested by the bevel ball method by the adhesion of the adhesive tape to the steel ball when the steel ball and the pressure sensitive tape were briefly contacted by the slight pressure on the adhesive surface of the sample. The instrument meets several national and international standards: GB/T 4852, JIS Z0237.

Product use: The bevel ball method is used to test the initial tack of the sample by the adhesion of the adhesive tape, label and other products to the steel ball when the steel ball and the adhesive surface of the test sample are briefly contacted by a slight pressure. Roll a steel ball over the adhesive side of the adhesive tape that is placed flat on the sloping plate. The size of the initial viscosity of the zui large steel ball which can be adhered according to the specified length of the adhesive surface is evaluated.
