Basic arrangement of the test bench

A. Pipeline handling should be considered when setting up an island-type central station. Several situations are listed below:

(1) Digging trenches on the floor and adding cover plates, there are leakage and accumulation problems, but it is easy to maintain;

(2) The floor is directly buried. When there is a problem, it needs to be cut open for inspection and replacement, affecting the surrounding area;

(3) There is leakage problem in the floor slab, and high-precision instruments should not be installed downstairs, which is too inconvenient to overhaul;

(4) Suspended, too ugly, affecting the appearance.

B. It is recommended to set up a peninsula-type central station (ie, the central station), which has the advantage of being easy to bury pipelines.

C. The necessary spacing between the test benches

Bench scale requirements

Length allocation of the test bench: 1.2 m/person in general laboratory; 1.5 m/person in height in organic laboratory: 850 mm in China; 900-920 mm in USA, West Germany; 800 mm in Japan

Countertop width: ≥600mm, try not to exceed 750mm (maximum utilization of sheet)

Double-sided, central table: 1500mm

Experimental bench combination

The countertop of the test bench should use the whole countertop and standard cabinet combination as much as possible to reduce the seam of the countertop, ensure the overall beauty of the test bench, facilitate debugging and improve the construction progress.

Knee extension width: 600 ~ 1100mm

Reagent rack: Two bottles of medium-sized reagent bottles (500ml) can be placed side by side. Usually 200 ~ 300mm, divided into two layers;

Retrieve the rack by the wall side: 200mm

The central station uses the reagent rack: 300mm

Complete Greenhouse

Greenhouses can be divided into glass greenhouses and plastic greenhouses. Plastics mostly used are polyethylene film and multiwall sheets of polycarbonate material, or PMMA acrylic glass. Commercial glass greenhouse are often high-tech production facilities for vegetables or flowers. The glass greenhouse are filled with equipment such as screening installations, heating, cooling and lighting, and may be automatically controlled by a computer.
