1. Grain buds: Take pickled rice, soak in water for 1-2 days, remove and place the container, cover with damp pudding, and pour water every day to keep it moist until the primary root (commonly known as bud) is about 3-6mm long. Remove and dry.

2. Stir-fry sprouts: Set the pan and stir fry until deep yellow and most of them burst, remove and let cool. Jiaogu Sprout: Place the bud into the pot and stir fry until it is yellow, spray water, remove and air dry.
