To obtain a comprehensive miRNA expression profile of human embryos , the researchers used miRNA microarray technology to identify microRNA expression for 4-6 weeks of human embryonic development ( miRNAs chip service provided by Lianchuan Bio ) to identify 50 human embryo-specific miRNAs. ( HES-miRNA ). The results show that the expression of most miRNAs during early human embryonic development is quite low. The researchers further selected three non-conservative or primate-specific miRNAs , hsa-mir-638 , 720 , and 1280 , and tested their expression levels in a variety of normal tissues and tumor tissues. The results showed that the expression of these miRNAs was significantly different between tumor samples and corresponding normal tissue samples, suggesting that miRNAs are closely related to the pathological processes of various tumors. This is the first comprehensive overview of the human expression during embryonic development of miRNA, which is closely related to the occurrence of selected miRNAs and cancer through research, provides direct evidence for the relationship between early human embryonic development and tumorigenesis process. * Lin Y, Zeng Y, Zhang F, Xue L, Huang Z, Li W, Guo M. Health foods contain a certain amount of functional health ingredients, which can regulate the functions of the human body, have specific effects, and are suitable for specific groups of people. General food does not have specific functions, and there is no specific range of people to eat. Health food cannot be directly used to treat diseases. It is a human body mechanism regulator and nutritional supplement.

Many studies have demonstrated that miRNAs play an important role in tumorigenesis and embryonic development. Currently, there is limited research on the relationship between embryonic development and tumorigenesis. Recently, Associate Professor Guo Mingxiong of Wuhan University led a team to systematically study miRNAs between embryonic development and cancer occurrence * . The research results were published in the August issue of PLoS One .
