Second, Coprinus comatus formula: crushed corn stalk 3.5 kg, wheat bran 5 kg, lime 2 kg, gypsum 0.5 kg, dry chicken manure 2.5 kg, phosphate fertilizer 0.5 kg, cake fertilizer 1.5 kg, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 50 g, urea 100 g Kejialing 50 grams, a little sugar. Corn stover is soaked with 3% lime for 10 hours, and Kemodulin is added during soaking. After the water is controlled, it is mixed with wheat bran and dried chicken manure to build a heap fermentation. When the temperature of the material reaches 60°C, it is maintained for 8 hours and then is turned over. The pile is repeatedly turned 3 times, and other auxiliary materials are added during turning. The fermented material surface is brown, no odor, water content is 65%, and when the material temperature drops below 28°C, it is put into the pot. The strains were injected into the material in a combination of layered sowing and hole sowing (the amount of bacteria used was 7.5 kg of bacteria per 50 kg of dry material), and the material thickness was 30 cm. Material cover newspaper and agricultural film, the temperature inside the shed to maintain about 20 °C, making it bacteria.
