The staff's sense of responsibility and law enforcement ability create a good atmosphere that everyone cares and everyone maintains food safety.

The "Outline" clearly requires relevant departments, industry organizations, and production and business units to strictly implement the "first training, post-uptake" system, the person in charge of production and business units and the main employees each year to accept food safety laws and regulations, scientific knowledge and industry Concentrated training in ethics and ethics shall not be less than 40 hours. Each food safety supervisor shall also receive not less than 40 hours of concentrated professional training each year. The "Outline" also requires the establishment of a long-term mechanism for publicity and education on food safety, and forms a working pattern in which governments, companies, industry organizations, experts, consumers, and the media participate in the work. By the end of 2015, the basic knowledge of social food safety will be known. The rate has increased to more than 80%, and the awareness rate of basic food safety knowledge for primary and secondary school students has been raised to over 85%.

In order to achieve the above objectives, the "Outline" emphasizes that we must seize food safety issues that are closely related to the lives of the general public and that are widely concerned by public opinion, and carry out in-depth activities such as the "Food Safety Promotion Week" and food safety "enter the community, enter the countryside, and enter the campus". Editing and publishing related popular science books and audio-visual products, publicizing food safety public service advertisements in related media, conducting targeted public education and training activities, establishing food safety information release system, running relevant websites, and making supervision and law enforcement information public Strengthen organizational leadership and policy guarantees, strengthen supervision, inspection and evaluation, and mobilize active participation from social organizations, industry organizations, enterprises and institutions, and play a role in social supervision and public opinion supervision.
