Speaker segment

Tips for installing the horn section:
1) If the horn segment of the ballast is at an angle to the direction of translation of the ballast, one of the horn segments should be cut to an angle that is consistent with the direction of translation of the ballast;
2) The horn segment must be fixed with the switch;
3) The power supply point should be set on the sliding line connected to the horn section (except for special instructions);
4) The installation error between the two connected horn segments (the same group) is not more than ±3mm;
5) The distance between the two horn segments (reserved clearance) does not exceed 6 mm;
6) The horn section should not exceed 36m near a fixed point.


Solution of thermal expansion and contraction
This kind of sliding line has no special compensation function section. When it is necessary to consider the problem of thermal expansion and contraction, the dispersion compensation method is mainly used to solve.
1) Consider the conditions of thermal expansion and contraction:
a When the temperature difference is large;
b The whole line exceeds 100m;
c When there are a large number of arc segments.
2) Determination of the reserved gap for temperature compensation.
