Introduction to the method of adjusting the horizontal balance of the electronic balance

In the weighing process, the electronic balance will produce measurement errors due to uneven placement. The higher the weighing accuracy, the greater the error (eg precision analytical balance, microbalance). For this reason, most electronic balances provide adjustment levels. Features.

There is a level bubble behind the electronic balance. The leveling bubble must be in the center of the liquid chamber, otherwise the weighing is not accurate. After adjustment, you should try not to move. Otherwise, the level bubble may be offset and need to be re-adjusted.

Electronic balances generally have two leveling bases, usually located at the back and also at the front. Rotate the two leveling pedestals to adjust the balance level.

The following method is relatively simple.

1. Rotate the left or right leveling base and adjust the leveling bubble to the center line of the liquid chamber.

Rotating a left or right leveling base separately is actually adjusting the inclination of the balance, and you can definitely adjust the level to the center line. The key is to adjust which leveling base. Beginners can judge this by first tilting the balance manually, so that the level bubble reaches the center line, and then seeing the leveling base, which one is high, or low, adjusting the height of one of the leveling bases, you can move the level bubble to the center. line.

Note: After the central line is reached, the next step can be taken.

2. Rotate the two leveling bases at the same time, the amplitude must be the same, both clockwise or counterclockwise, let the level bubble move in the center line, and finally move to the center of the liquid chamber.

When the leveling base is rotated clockwise or counterclockwise, the inclination of the balance will not change, so that the leveling bubble will not leave the center line. As long as there is no problem in the direction of rotation, it can definitely reach the center of the liquid chamber.

Simultaneously rotate clockwise or counterclockwise: both hands rotate the leveling base at the same time (one hand to the chest, one hand to the chest, the opposite direction, usually the clock base or counterclockwise rotation base)

Direction problem: It is not easy for beginners to judge the direction.

You can manually raise the base or another support to move the blisters toward the center, and then observe the position of the leveling base to see if it needs to be turned up or down.

Note that in the second step, the amplitude of both hands must be the same. If they are inconsistent, the bead will shift off the center line. If it is offset, it will be fine to start over from the first step.

After proficiency, the level of an electronic balance can be leveled in 1-2 minutes.
